I'm a naturally sensitive and curious person who found her way into this career because I believe that the relationships we have — with others and with ourselves — shape the way we move through life. As a relationship therapist in Boulder, CO, I support people in understanding those connections and the patterns that emerge within them.

I earned my Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) from Regis University, where I deepened my understanding of the ways our experiences, relationships, and environments shape who were are. My training taught me to look beyond symptoms and behaviors, and instead consider the stories, contexts, and connections that give them meaning.

I've sought additional training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), an approach that supports couples, families and individuals in better understanding their emotional needs, strengthening communication, and creating a more secure connection. In my work as a couples therapist in Boulder, CO, we explore the cycles you get pulled into, the moments that escalate faster than you expect, and what's underneath them. I focus on patterns in relationships rather than placing fault on any one person.

My own challenging experiences have shaped how I sit with grief, complexity, and the quieter parts of the human experience. I strive to create a space where all emotions are welcome.

I am a forever learner and there is so much my clients teach me every day. I believe that is why the therapeutic relationship is so unique and beautiful.

When I’m not working, I like to spend time reading, being with friends or getting outside, rock climbing, running and camping. Being in nature helps me feel grounded and connected, supporting the work I do with my clients.
